Payment & Refund

Payments for Skyroad Studio services are collected according to the quote confirmed before work begins on skyroad.autos.

• Accepted methods are confirmed by email from shop@this site and may include card or local transfer depending on Lithuania norms.
• When reading payment guidance on this site, mention that page name in your shop@this site subject so Skyroad Studio routes it correctly.
• Deposits for custom work are non-refundable once materials are ordered, unless we cancel the booking.

If we must cancel, prepaid fees for unfinished work are refunded within fourteen business days.

Workshop seats can be transferred once with forty-eight hours notice; no-shows forfeit the seat fee.

• Refund requests should include booking date, service name, and contact details used on this site.
• Charge disputes should first contact shop@this site so we can reconcile invoices against studio logs.
• Prices shown in conversation are in local currency for Vilnius unless otherwise stated.
